Career
Christian Lee Allbert has practiced ChiGong for over 40 years and taught for more than two decades. After spending approximately 40 years as a tile contractor specializing in marble and ceramic installations, he transitioned to full-time wellness practice. His interest in martial arts during his twenties led him to ChiGong, which evolved from a personal interest into a lifelong commitment. He founded Universal ChiGong, where he teaches a variety of traditional practices including Five Elements ChiGong, Five Treasures Qigong, and the Six Healing Sounds.
Early life
Christian grew up in San Diego since 1969. He worked as a tile contractor for 40 years, specializing in marble and ceramic installations. In his twenties, he developed an interest in martial arts and Kung Fu, which eventually led to his exploration of ChiGong.
